Michaela has been invited to participate as a panelist in the Women in Tech: Bridging Digital Divide event organized by United Nations Associations by Greater Boston, where she spoke about her insights and experiences on gender equity in the technology industry.
As the Human Rights Delegate at the United Nations, Michaela delivered a speech on the topic of technology and innovation for positive global development. In her address, Michaela emphasized the transformative potential of innovation beyond a business purpose.

Michaela was a keynote speaker at the annual gathering of the 'European Network for Women in Leadership. She spoke d on the opportunities and skills required for women to succeed in AI-driven sectors. Michaela emphasized the importance of creating a level playing field for women in tech.


Michaela was invited to be a panelist at the Women in Tech working event by Tech Bay Area Advocates in Silicon Valley, where she shared her insights on the importance of gender diversity in the workplace and how it can help businesses to scale up. During the panel discussion, Michaela emphasized that gender diversity is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage for businesses, enabling them to tap into a wider pool of talent, ideas, and perspectives.
Global Wo.Men Hub conference, Michaela was one of the panelists to discuss how technology (Ai & Digital platforms) is changing the way we are living and working. During the discussion, Michaela emphasized the importance of understanding the potential benefits and challenges of emerging technologies to ensure they serve the greater good. She also discussed the need to address issues such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the widening digital divide to promote inclusive and sustainable development.
